A class which encourages you to work into the deep tissues to increase flexibility and mobility. You do not need to be flexible to attend - this class is designed to help you become more flexible! This class combines elements of yin and slow flow between postures to help you find and improve your edge (range of movement) over time.

Yin is also a powerful mental practice. Training your mind and body to be still can improve concentration and help bring a sense of calm within easier reach. This class is an invitation to be truly present in your body and discover the profound peace that comes from slowing down.

Expect energy highs and lows as we flow between yoga postures and stretches for release and expressive movement, almost like a dance. A 45-minute slow flow class in which you'll move in time with the breath. This is the perfect class to help you unwind on your lunch break and de-desk your body and mind. As well as practicing physical yoga, you'll learn more about how yoga and breathwork can help reduce stress.
