Retreat FAQs

No - by default all retreat activities are open to all levels (unless the retreat description says otherwise). If your retreat includes yoga, the session will be suitable for all levels, including beginners, with lots of guidance and options to tailor the practice to your energy and experience levels. Other activities, such as creative writing workshops and crafting, do not assume any experience, and are perfect for anyone looking to experiment with being creative.

Yes, everything about our retreats have been designed with neurodiversity and overwhelm in mind. Coming from someone who is neurodiverse and needs a solid plan to function, my promise is a calming, well-organised retreat experience with plenty of opportunities to rest, take time for yourself and feel good amongst our quiet community.

No! You are welcome to take time to yourself, to attend or skip any joint activities and look after yourself. We’re a neuroinclusive community and appreciate that socialising can be tiring!

For every retreat, we run a private retreat-specific channel on our online community so that you can meet people beforehand, ask questions and generally get excited about the retreat!

Yes, details on the payment plans are specific to each retreat (see the retreat booklet for more info). There is often an option to share a room with a friend to reduce the cost per person.
