Chill for tired eyes/headache, or warm it up for relaxation (unlike grain products, the seeds in the pillow do not give off a cooked smell)

Care:
Outer cover can be removed and washed. Wash in cool water, then press with a cool iron.
Please note the scent of lavender will fade over time - simply top it up with a few drops of lavender essential oil on the inner pillow.
