Yoga for Flexibility

A class which encourages you to work into the deep tissues to increase flexibility and mobility. You do not need to be flexible to attend - this class is designed to help you become more flexible! This class combines elements of yin and slow flow between postures to help you find and improve your edge (range of movement) over time.

Style of yoga:

Vinyasa flow and yin.

Perfect for:

Anyone who wants to work on improving their range of flexibility.


This is a small group class - expect more support, lots of space (you won't be hemmed in!) and a cosy feel.


Mat hire

Mats are not provided at this venue, so please bring your own mat or hire one in advance. If you have membership or class pack and wish to hire a mat for this class, please use the request form found in your booking email. If you are making a single class booking, make sure to select the correct payment tier to include mat hire.

Any other necessary props will be provided for you.


Cancellation

Please cancel your spot promptly if you can no longer make it. Email bookings@quietcommunity.co.uk if you require a refund (only available with 24 hours notice/if another paying guest takes your spot).
