
A 45-minute slow flow class in which you'll move in time with the breath. This is the perfect class to help you unwind on your lunch break and de-desk your body and mind. As well as practicing physical yoga, you'll learn more about how yoga and breathwork can help reduce stress.

Anyone experiencing stress (so all of us!), and especially anyone who spends a lot of time at a desk.
This class is held online. You will receive the class link once you have signed up. We use Google Meet for online classes.
You'll need:
A device and WiFi for streaming,
Yoga mat (and just enough space to lay out your mat),
A cushion/blanket can be useful too.
